SubservPro to be sold to Mayday

Global Marine to sell recruiting division as it
continues to focus on its core business

Chelmsford UK: Chelmsford UK: Global Marine Systems Limited today announced an agreement to sell SubservPro, a wholly owned subsidiary to Oxfordshire based Mayday Employment. SubServPro, a recruitment consultancy providing human resources to companies throughout the world, will become a division of Mayday Employment.

Global Marine formed SubservPro in 2002, when it became more cost effective to manage recruiting themselves. Due to the unique staffing demands required by a business such as Global Marine, SubservPro has been an important component in securing essential personnel around the world for subsea telecom and power cable installation and maintenance business.
