Capt Andy Readyhough
 

Capt Andy Readyhough has a seagoing experience spanning over 30 years. Prior to joining Global Marine in 2000 Andy had a varied maritime career serving on tankers, ammunition/stores ships, sail training vessels, amphibious landing ships, helicopter training vessels, cruise ships and large passenger/freight ferries; the latter as Master.

Andy's Global Marine experience has included a number of shallow and deep water maintenance projects and participation in the following installation projects EAC2, NACs Taiwan Spur, SAT3, SWECOMEX Platform Interconnector, BRCS and Matrix.

He has also spent two years ashore seconded to the Global Marine Commercial Directorate providing Technical Support for the Solutions Design Team. During this tenure Andy provided technical support and input for the following successful Global Marine projects: Bahamas/Bimini telecom installation, Beatrice Windfarm Developer composite fibre optic/power cable installation, Estlink power cable installation and SWECOMEX Platform Interconnector composite fibre optic/power cable installation.

Andy has recently been serving as Offshore Superintendent on the Global Marine shallow water barge CB Networker on the BRCS and Matrix installations.

He lives in the North West of England with his family where he enjoys the extreme sport tensions of supporting Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
