Nicola Broom
 

Nicola Broom is Global Marine's Business Systems Director. Her remit is to develop and maintain business systems to ensure best practice is common place across the company primarily with regards to Solution Design, Costing, Procurement and Quality / Risk Management.

She has been with the company since 1998 and was previously Corporate Development Director, responsible for all aspects of bidding and negotiation for Global Marine worldwide, including the completion of a secondment in Singapore.

Prior to joining Global Marine, Nicola worked for M&S Food, Ingersoll Rand and JCB. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration as well as a MBA. Nicola is an avid skier and also enjoys water sports such as scuba diving and sailing.
