Phil Hart is Engineering Director at Global Marine and is responsible for the delivery of all the company's products and services to our customers.

Phil initially began his career as a Royal Air Force engineer working on ground based engineering systems. After nearly a decade of service, he decided to move into the commercial sector and focus on his key area of interest, the subsea world. Phil has worked in engineering in a variety of roles that have spanned research and development, information technology, telecoms and the oil and gas sector, and has specialized in the development of complex technology solutions and large scale project management activities.
