Design & Supply
Our design & supply team offers a complete design, build, test, documentation, procurement and supply service for the Universal Jointing, subsea, and marine industries, working in conjunction with other parts of our Training and Engineering facility.
We offer:
- Modelling and Design of Products, typically UJ and marine piece parts, toolkits and equipment using the latest CAD programmes ( Pro-Engineer, Solid Works, and Autocad)
- Rigorous testing and inspection procedure to internationally agreed QTS
- Fully documented results with Qualification Test Reports and Certificates
- Construction manuals, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Bills of Materials for all completed designs
- Procurement, kitting and supply service for all piece parts, tools and equipment
- Maintenance and repair facility for all equipment supplied.
